If you live in the UK, then Mother’s Day is coming up. It may be the case that you usually take your mum out for a nice meal at the local pub, but obviously things will be different this year! In this post, I’m going to share with you some ideas that you can make happen whether or not you’ll be able to see your mum in person. Obviously if you live together or you’re in a support bubble, then you will be able to see your mum on Mother’s Day (yay!). If this isn’t the case, it may be a virtual Mother’s Day (depending on whether restrictions change).Read More »
So ages ago, I had a series called Baby Steps, where I talked about my journey to trying to be more sustainable. During the pandemic, I put that series on the shelf because circumstances were making it hard for me to make any changes worth writing about, and when everyone was just surviving, it didn’t feel like the right time for it. The last thing I want to do is to make people feel like they should be living that perfect #ZeroWaste life when priorities have changed so much, and so many people are just in survival mode. The absolute staple of New Year’s posts! Has it really been a new year if bloggers don’t all post their resolutions? I like to post mine to try to hold myself somewhat accountable. I’ve already posted my Blogging Goals, so if you’re interested in that, please have a look! Obviously those things are sort of part of my resolutions, but I wanted to do a separate post for some more personal goals! I would love to know if you’re trying to do anything similar to myself, and I’d love to know if you have any other resolutions as well. I feel like sharing resolutions definitely helps me to stick to them, and if you feel the same, I’m definitely up for chats about it in the comments.Read More »
